- All prints are sold as final—no returns. We are a small photo studio and cannot afford to offer Walmart or Amazon style return policy.
- We inspect every print to make sure it's perfect before it goes out—they are shipped to you carefully packed. Please open the package carefully!
- If the print is damaged, but the box is not, please photograph both the packaging and the damage to the image and email us right away so we can assess and create a plan for making you a happy customer.
- If the box arrives damaged, please photograph this and refuse the shipment, and contact us right away.
